en Lute (Sampeq) with 3, 4 or more strings. One string is melodic, whilst another provides one or two ostinatos. The frets are arranged according to different scales before the performance, depending on the chosen piece of music. A piece of music in a different scale will require the frets to be rearranged.
fr Luth, sampeq à 3, 4 cordes ou plus. Une corde est mélodique et une autre donne 1 ou 2 ostinati. On arrange les frettes selon des échelles différentes avant la performance et selon la musique choisie. Une musique sur une échelle différente exigera un nouvel arrangement des frettes.
