Field recordings made in Sumbawa, Indonesia, in 1992 by D. Rappoport and J. Simonnot. Singing accompanied by gambus. Alternating singing (between singer and gambus player), Indonesian mix, Bajau and salayar. Sounds of boat engines, children screaming. Strophic. Very just.
