Field recording collected by Dana Rappoport in Eastern Indonesia in 2006 and 2007.

Rec outdoor, on the occasion of the birth of a newborn from the Liwun clan of his house, the singers of all the clans of the village come to recite the genealogy of the Liwun clan which alone has the right to this. The dance takes place in front of the mother house (lango belen “big house”) of the Liwun clan •
