So two groups from each family play together. -at funeral celebrations, which can last up to a week, with gongs/drums - to welcome guests - at the new corn festival (_eating new corn_) - when ata molan sit in front of the stone, batu _lapa taran_. 3 gong players (one player hits three gongs), the other two players hit one gong; a woman hits the drum, the women dance solo - see video. M2C-Bawa: double-skinned (deer) drum, about 60 cm long. Another rhythm, accompanying the hedun dance. Unlike the Lamaholot, the Kédang people are skilled at playing the gong. Different types of gongs: three hanging gongs: tuu (introduction), buwung-beweng: large master tawa: large size, for large people gasa': medium size in pairs kabolu: ? natan: commando, small 3 players: one plays the small gong, one plays the pair, one plays the three hanging gongs. In total, there are six gongs. Pa' Buyanaya says there used to be seven gongs.

Les différents sortes de gongs : trois gongs suspendus : tuu (pengantar), buwung-beweng : induk besar tawa : grande taille, pour les grands hommes gasa' : moyen par paires kabolu : ? natan : komando, yg kecil 3 joueurs : un joue un petit gong, un joue une paire, un joue trois gongs suspendus. En tout, il y a six gongs. Pa' Buyanaya dit qu'il en y avait autrefois 7.

Jenis-jenis gong yang berbeda: tiga gong yang digantung: tuu (pengantar), buwung-beweng: induk besar tawa: ukuran besar, untuk orang besar gasa': ukuran sedang berpasangan kabolu: ? natan: komando, yg kecil 3 orang pemain: satu memainkan gong kecil, satu memainkan sepasang, satu lagi memainkan tiga gong yang digantung. Secara keseluruhan, ada enam gong. Pa' Buyanaya mengatakan dulunya ada 7 gong.
