Funérailles protestantes d'une riche aristocrate, Ne'Sakkung. La fête dure 6 jours, du 2 au 7 juillet. Les paroles des chants ne sont pas adaptées au rite protestant. Le "souffleur" de vers (pa'bating) s'appelle Ne'Bassi. C'est le premier jour: le corps est descendu du grenier à riz au champ cérémoniel où il résidera pendant plusieurs jours.

Pemakaman Protestan dari seorang bangsawan Ne'Sakkung. Adat ini berlangsung selama 6 hari, dari 2 hingga 7 Juli. Kata-kata dari nyanyian tersebut tidak disesuaikan dengan ritus Protestan. Orang yang bertanggung jawab atas "ratapan" (pa'bating) disebut Ne'Bassi. Ini adalah hari pertama: jenazah diturunkan dari lumbung padi ke lapangan upacara di mana ia akan tinggal selama beberapa hari.

Protestant funeral of a very wealthy aristocrat, Ne'Sakkung. The ceremony lasts 6 days, from July 2 to 7. The lyrics of the songs are not adapted to the Protestant rite. The person in charge of “lamentation” (pa'bating) is called Ne'Bassi. It's the first day: the body is lowered from the rice granary to the ceremonial field, where it will remain for several days.
