en Kasu Gul' (Bringing Down the Dead), the first ritual of the funeral ceremony for L. Berthe. Recitation by Bere Loeq, in Dirun (supported by a male voice). He is brought down from the Masoq Ma, that is to say from the hot path since it is not a natural death but a suicide. A goat is killed and its pulpit hangs from a bamboo pole representing the Masoq Ma hot altar. Goat meat is offered instead of the dead.

On le fait descendre du Masoq Ma, c’est-à-dire du chemin chaud puisque ce n’est pas une mort naturelle mais un suicide.
Une chèvre est tuée et sa chaire est suspendue à un mât de bambou représentant l’autel chaud Masoq ma. La viande de chèvre est offerte à la place du mort.
