Field recordings made in West Kalimantan, Indonesia, in 1997 by D. Rappoport :Dayak, Iban, Kayan populations. three men: Damianus Dula, Daniel Belayung (nygagu) and Nikolaus Judan, the leader (nyebut). The leader Judan is tattooed from top to bottom, he goes to work in Malaysia to build houses. He is a traditional chief (ketua adat). His whole family has a gift for music. Song: Timang ramban is the story of a life then or today. Song reserved for headhunters. EXECUTION: Responsible singing 1 against 2, tiling. The Singers punctuate the Song with a spear which they strike on the mat, the end of the spear is a hornbill head (kenyalang). At the end of one of the three spears, bell. SOUND: Problem of right cable, problem of saturation. Recorded with gain.

Enregistrements sonores inédits réalisés en Indonésie (West Kalimantan) en 1997 par Dana Rappoport, auprès des populations Dayak Taman, Iban, Kayan Mendalam. trois hommes: Damianus Dula, Daniel Belayung (nygagu) et Nikolaus Judan, le meneur (nyebut).
Le meneur Judan est tatoué de haut en bas, il part travailler en Malaysia pour construire des maisons. Il est chef coutumier (ketua adat). Toute sa famille a un don pour la musique.
Chant: Timang ramban est l'histoire d'une vie autrefois ou aujourd'hui. Chant réservé aux chasseurs de têtes.
EXECUTION: Chant responsorial 1 contre 2, tuilage. Les Chanteurs rythment le Chant avec une lance qu'ils frappent sur la natte, le bout de la lance est une tête de calao (kenyalang). Au bout d'une des trois lances, grelot.
SON: Pb de cable droit, pb de saturation. Enregstiré avec du gain.

Rekaman dibuat di Indonesia (Kalimantan Barat) pada tahun 1997 oleh Dana Rappoport, dalam masyarakat Mendalam Dayak Taman, Iban, Kayan. Kelompok tiga orang: Damianus Dula, Daniel Belayung (nygagu) dan Nikolaus Judan, sang pemimpin (nyebut). Pemimpin Judan ditato dari atas ke bawah, dia pergi bekerja di Malaysia untuk membangun rumah. Beliau adalah seorang kepala adat (ketua adat). Seluruh keluarganya memiliki bakat musik. Lagu: Timang ramban adalah kisah kehidupan dulu atau sekarang. Lagu disediakan untuk headhunter. PELAKSANAAN: Bertanggung jawab bernyanyi 1 lawan 2, ubin. Para Pengadu membunyikan Kidung dengan tombak yang ditancapkan pada matras, ujung tombak tersebut berbentuk kepala burung enggang (kenyalang). Di ujung salah satu dari tiga tombak, bel. SUARA : Masalah kabel kanan, masalah saturasi. Direkam dengan keuntungan.
