"Dixième mois" (kapoan) du calendrier lunaire appelé également (paneb), lunaison de "fermeture" (des formes de pêche individuelles des saisons précédentes). Désormais interdites, elles laissent place à des pratiques de pêche collectives en grande pirogue.
Participation à l'ouverture de la pêche des poissons volants et au rituel de "façonnement du port" (meyvanoa) à la fin du mois de février aux villages de Jayo et Jivalino.
