LEMBATA island, Kabupaten LEMBATA, Kecamatan Buyaouri, Kpg Atulaleng (Keywords): gongs - to call the wind - to lead the bride to the groom. Then the two groups, each family plays each together. -in funeral celebrations which can last up to a week with gong/gendang -for welcoming guests -for the new corn festival (_makan jagung baru_) - when the ata molan sit in front of the stones, batu _lapa taran_. 3 gong players (one player strikes three gongs), two others strike only one each; a woman beats a drum, women dance solo see video. M2C-Bawa: double-skinned (deer) gendang drum, about 60 cm long.
