Field recordings made in Sulawesi, Indonesia, in 1991, 1995 et 2015 by D. Rappoport and S. Serafini: various populations. Fast, beautiful, fun singing. The content of the song: a woman remembers a man, his voice, his curly hair, his splendid eyelashes. Bad luck. Waits for a cart but takes a becak. The man is sleeping. He dreams of a beautiful widowed woman. In the room, the clothes are hung. Sitting, he thinks, he writes on the table, in debt. He lost his tracks

Enregistrements sonores inédits réalisés par Dana Rappoport et Serge Serafini (1991) en Indonésie (Sulawesi). Ces enregistrements ont été effectués dans le sud, le centre et l'est de l'île essentiellement en 1991 (quelques compléments de 1995 et 2015), auprès des populations Balinais, Bugis, Indonésien, Makassar, Pamona, Tolaki, Toraja Sa'dan. Chant rapide, beau, amusant. Le contenu du chant: une femme se remémore un homme, sa voix, ses cheveux frisés, ses cils splendides. Malchance. Attend une charrette mais prend un becak. L'homme dort. Il rêve d'une belle femme veuve. Dans la chambre, les habits sont suspendus. Assis, il pense, il écrit sur la table, endetté. Il a perdu les traces.
